Eating in north-eastern Brasil means that you will inevitably come
to terms with the fact that you’re likely to end up with splatters of dendê oil
on your shirt. Azeite de dendê, that thick bright orange reddish coloured oil seems to be omnipresent in the cuisine...and I cannot
seem to get enough of it!
